Mirrorworks specialise in antique mirror glass, hand-crafted to the finest finish. Every mirror is bespoke, created by hand, and a work of art in its own right.  We believe we are unsurpassed in the UK.

 

As a guide our prices for antique mirror start at £345 per ²m + vat  (that's £32 + vat per ²ft in old money)

This is for any level of antiquing. Whether its clear 30's/40's style mirrors, right through to heavily antiqued glittery, mercury style deteriorated mirrors.

All glass comes with polished edge (micro/pencil bevel) & is safety foil backed as standard.

We can manufacture on 3mm, 4mm, 6mm & 8mm float glass, but for an additonal fee we can use tinted float, opti-white & hand float.

All of our mirrors start with plain glass and are silvered after any work is done i.e. holes, cut-outs. Therefore all of our mirrors can be toughened.

We can also supply plain mirrors and any other glass products such as toughened glass shelves etc.

We can have glass slumped (bent in a kiln) locally and have made convex mirrors from scratch for some of our customers.

We also have a line in brilliant cut (carved) & etched glass, all done by hand. Please contact us for prices.

Bevelling up to 40mm (on 6mm + glass), hand bevelling, and softening to machine bevelling is also available.

Antique mirror glass is our main concentration and is what we do best. Please bear in mind that we are a very small bespoke manufacturer, so our lead-time is usually 5-6 working weeks from the date of order or survey.
